Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announces that Kaspersky PURE has received the Product of the Year Award after successful testing conducted by experts from the respected Danish Internet portal Hardware-Test.dk.
Following the tests the portal's specialists were amazed at the level of protection offered by Kaspersky PURE. "I'm excited by Kaspersky PURE. Kaspersky Lab has really raised the bar with this program", says Kurt Bøgh Larsen, Senior Technical Tester at Hardware-Test.dk. "You install the program as it is and it will run smoothly without you even noticing it. The program doesn't warn you repeatedly and that's exactly what I expect from an Internet security solution."
The test was conducted on an older computer with an Intel Celeron processor, but that proved no problem for the Kaspersky Lab product. "Kaspersky PURE was tested on an outdated machine that doesn't possess too much power, because this way you get to see the difference between the older antivirus programs and the new ones much better. Kaspersky PURE ran perfectly, consumed minimal system resources and proved very effective. The product was a real pleasure to test." the review states.
