Kaspersky Anti-Virus receives award from Russian edition of magazine CHIP
The Russian edition of the popular computer magazine CHIP has published tests of eight leading anti-virus programs, with Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Pro being named best anti-virus solution for experienced users.
Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Pro is a state of the art anti-virus package that includes advanced technologies to protect home PCs against all types of viruses. In addition to the standard components, the program package includes special modules to provide additional security level for computers: Inspector, which controls changes in files, loading sectors or system register, and Office Guard, a module guaranteeing 100% protection against macro viruses.
In the magazine's tests the product showed its capacities as a fast and reliable solution, demonstrating its traditional high level in detecting viruses in emails as well as in attached archives.
The editors particularly noted Kaspersky Anti-Virus' variety of settings that enables home users to fully control the protection of their PC.
